Wow... two days and two weeks from today, I'll be 18. That's a scary thought... but it's also rather exhilarating.

Not much to say after several weeks, actually, except that I don't have any Cs on my report card. I barely made a B- in calculus though... -____- I need to keep it up or I'm dooommmedd.... X(

I am in massive need of time... but then again, aren't we all? I need time for so many things... the most important (at the moment) to me is finishing my college essays. X( I'm still working on them, regrettably, but I should work on them... why the hell didn't I listen to my mother during the summer... ToT I wouldn't be worrying about them then... argh! >.<

I think I need to learn how to shut up and announce things only when I know for certain that I can finish something. T.T Like my stories...which have been put on hiatus for the time being...

Well, hopefully the next time I post a journal, I'll be finished (I better be) with the essays, college apps, homework... and working on what I want to work on. TwT

Addition: Okay, well obviously not finished yet... I'd be shouting with joy through my journal if I was. All I can say is this, however, for Saturday's (21st) events: I might be changing my career goals. I don't know for sure, but it's a possibility. I want to major in a tech field in college, but perhaps being a teacher won't be so bad? My mom suggested it, and I think my aunts were agreeing with her... _{Tis a conspiracy, I tell you, a conspiracy...}

Anyways, but yes, I am rather inclined towards becoming an elementary school teacher because of the way I act around kids. They look up to me (literally too ) and seem to see me as an older sibling who lets them get away with almost everything. In elementary school, when I was a bus patrol for two years, I was known to the kindergartners as 'Mommy' and 'Grandma', the latter after my sister became a bus patrol (after I had 'trained' her ). So I guess it's natural for me to think like that? I just have to wonder though: why does my own younger sister not appreciate me as the loving, push-over older sister I am when other little kids who hardly know me as me seem to enjoy stalking me???!!! ;-;

I will never listen to the ABC song in the same way again after listening to it on repeat for what felt like hours at my cousin's house. Four younger cousins (like, all under the age of seven) were singing on a karaoke machine, and I think all of the songs were little kid songs, and they all knew the ABC song the best, so my sister put it on repeat for them. >.< Now I can't get that song out of my head.... ;__; why???

Less than 3 days and 53 minutes until I turn 18... holy shit... I'm going to be an adult... holy shit...holy shit... >__>
