Characters: Starscream, unnamed Intel agent
Warnings: implied sexual content.
Summary: When pranking, always make sure someone else is around to conveniently take the blame.
With a smile, the mech slipped into the chair in front of the computer console. Really, after all these vorns, Starscream should know better than to leave the system logged on and easily accessibleespecially with the Trine he had. It was almost like the Seeker wanted to make things easy on him.
Quickly, he uploaded the current contents of Screamer's project folder. He chuckled at the presence of several

I look at them and all I can see are base models. Inferior, unembellished, unsophisticated base models with nothing remarkable or interesting about them. And yet, for all their inferiority, they are the ones still standing while well educated mechs of high social standing rust in ruins that are too dangerous to try and remove remains from.
All of my education and all of my upbringing tells me that I should

Characters: Skywarp, Rumble, Frenzy, Starscream
Warnings: fanon-based foul language
Notes: for the writing contest over at :devCybertronians:. Many thanks to :devwicked3659: for the beta work.
It started out simply: a skunk in the command trine's quarters. Had it been Starscreamor possibly even Thundercrackerwho had been the victim of the organic's musk, they would probably be offline and rusting in a scrap heap somewhere, but they had been lucky that the animal had been startled into spraying Skywarp with its stink.
Well, for a given definition of lucky.

Universe: G1
Rating: PG
Warnings: involuntary reformatting
Characters: Prowl, Soundwave, Mirage, Jazz, Optimus Prime, Ratchet
To call this battle heated would be an understatement.
Something had driven the Decepticons into a frenzy and they attacked with even less remorse or care to personal injury than usual. The Autobots were finding it difficult to hold their ground, and were making no headway at all in turning the tide of the battle in their favor. If they were lucky, everything would end in a draw today, with both sides too exhausted to continue fighting.
Prowl scanned over the battle, trying to find some

Universe: Transformers Animated
Rating: G
Characters: Glyph, Cliffjumper, Jazz, brief appearances of other characters
Word Count: 1592
Disclaimer: Transformers is the property of Hasbro/Takara, not me. I'm not making any money off this, just playing in the sandbox.
Notes: Written for the December 2010 Recolors Competetion at TransformersForever on deviantArt. It's not precisely what I had in mind when I decided to enter the contest, but it's close enough that I'm reasonably happy with it. I may want to come back in the future and tighten up that ending, though.

Monthly Challenge for Cybertronians - April 2011
This is an extract of my on-going fanfiction: 'The Forgotten Scout' It has of course being edited for the purpose of the competition. The fanfiction itself is about what happened to Barricade after the first movie and what kind of things he got up to before the events of ROTF. The story focuses on Barricade's uneasy partnership with my OC Krauss, a Russian Teenage Hacker sent by her family and Government to investigation the cover-up of the Mission City attack. Krauss and Barricade's relationship is built on using each other for a means to an end rather than an actual friendship and they keep

Whispers
Voices.
Voices constantly whispering in the winds.
No matter how hard you try
To listen to what they're saying
They always fade away again.
Those damned whispers;
Always and forever more there to torture you.
They're things that only you can hear;
If you asked someone else if they could hear them,
They'd think you were insane.
You can't do anything about the voices,
They are always there in the back of your mind;
Forever gloating, forever loving.
Things are not how they always appear,
The whispers;
They could seem so gentle,
So kind,
They could profess their undying love or need for you;
But if you follow them,

The battle
The crowd are gathering,
People come to shout; cheer; or mock.
I stand tall. Yet full of fear.
Too late to run away.
I'm needed by too many.
I stare down at my opponent,
Hateful eyes return my gaze.
He beckons me forward.
Jump; come if you dare.
He seems to say.
Ready; set; And I jump.
The murkiness below calls.
Into water my body falls,
The frozen air steals the breath from my lungs,
Also the sense from my brain.
I feel blind, and remember thinking:
'I'll never do this again!'
I attack and kick into darkness, to take my revenge,
But my opponent's tough, and it fights on.
I'm getting nowhere, i've got to beat you,
"YOU WIL

Human
Perfection;
Nothing out of place,
Everything the same,
Everyone identical,
Nothing different exists.
A society with no choice,
Identical minds,
Machine-bred ideas,
Original thoughts and imagination gone.
Years ago,
In the garden of Eden,
Why was God so anger,
When mankind had knowledge and choice.
Choice;
Such a simple thing,
But once taken away,
What else do we have?
A world of similiar thoughts,
Where no dreams and emotions exist.
A country with one mind,
I'd hate that, wouldn't you?
Emotions and feelings,
They keep us human.
Then what are we if,
These things vanished.
There are time when i say that i hate my emotio

Already Dead

Already Dead
"Every man dies, but not every man really lives."- William Ross Wallace
"Why do I bother?" Ratchet wondered solemnly into the heavy silence of the med bay.
There came no reply to the question. The medic remained unbothered that no answer came, for he hadn't been expecting an answer when he had asked the question. For all the times he had asked the question, he never received an answer for his troubles. His life, such as it was in the war, had come to a point where he did not expect answers for most things anymore. And many times, he did not want answers.
When he asked why he bothered anymore, he sometimes fancied that the

He Still Stands
They gathered in the dead of night.
Autobots by the dozens came, all bearing the marks of mournful contemplation. They heeded a call that was as silent as the grave, tugging at their sparks to draw them forth through the night. They came by creeping paces, their feet barely making a sound through the halls. Their optics glowed with only dim light, heads hung low, expressions grim. The only noise in corridors came from the hushed swish of pneumatic doors opening and closing as more Autobots heeded the call that summoned their sparks from recharge, drawing them from their berths to the place where they needed to be.
They came in a trickle- on

Congratulations again to the winners - and to everybody who participated in the contest: thank you for participating in the contest.

Updates... well, it's Monday, May 9th, and I'm expecting to finish up my first year of university this Wednesday. That's the biggest thing happening this week~

Although, admittedly, I do have my last two finals on Wednesday too.

Humanities final (and the rest of the monologue presentations from the class, though I managed to find a loophole for myself

) and sociology final are the last things I need to worry about. Oh! And packing! I have yet to start that, so either I'll pack before going to bed, or I'll do it tomorrow.

Kinda seems surreal to me, that I'm actually going to finish my first year of college... but I'm sure this feeling will pass over the summer.

Speaking of which, there's a shitload of stuff to do over the upcoming break. Hopefully I'll be working with my dad as a tester of his company's products, and if I get paid, that's just a plus for me.

If not, eh, whatever - at least I'll get some experience, and perhaps I'll learn something while working as well. ^__^
The big summer movie I'm looking forward to (and absolutely dreading at the same time) is "Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon". My dread stems from a comic I saw on the Facebook page for Transformers 3, and no, I won't say what it was, but let's just say I'm completely outraged/pissed off and grieving at the same time.

It's nothing good, I'll keep it at that.

The other movies I'm looking forward to watching (at this time) is "Harry Potter: The Deathly Hallows Part 2"

, "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides"

, and "African Cats", which was already released across theaters, but I just haven't had a chance to watch it. It's been highly recommended to me, however.

As for my list of personal projects in knitting and crocheting that I've started this school year, I've finished knitting two scarves, one for =
Jazzs-girl-4ever and my dad.

Although I might have to add a bit more to my dad's - it's not exceptionally long, so I'm thinking of adding it to the scarf I'm currently knitting.

I'm trying my hand at crocheting too, and lemme tell ya, it isn't easy. The first piece I crocheted ended up as a triangle

and the second became a freaking trapezoid. I'll upload some pictures of them sometime over the summer, so you all can have a good laugh at my spectacular failures in not losing any stitches.

Crocheting took me a while to get the hang of, and while I've started crocheting another personal project, it's actually going to be the better part of a year (or longer) before I can get it done, which is upsetting, since I plan on making this one a gift as either a birthday gift or a Christmas gift, depending on when I get it done. =S
.....and the answer is no, I'm not going to take any commissions to knit/crochet anything. I do this in my own time, and spend my money to buy the needles and yarn necessary for my personal projects. Any gifts I make and give are purely created from my own initiative, and no one has ever asked it for me just because they're my friend or family. So no notes and no comments about asking me to make anything for you or friends or family; I'm absolutely certain that there are others out there with much more exceptional skills than my own, and while I don't know if anybody will actually ask me to make something, I'm saying this just as a precaution to dissuade you before you start thinking about it.
Again... I still can't believe that I'm down to the last few days of university. I'm really going to miss the friends I made this year, but I'm looking forward to seeing them again next year!!

And hopefully over the summer, if we ever get together for anything.

Well, I'm going to finish up this journal
and head off to where I'm going to meet up with said friends for our last get-together before any one of us actually leaves (I'm presuming) after all of our exams are over, and hopefully we'll end the year with some fond memories.
While this was the last meet between all of us... I'm still meeting up with a couple of them over my last two days, and hopefully we'll still be able to meet over next semester for our now official Knitting/Crocheting Club.

I can't believe I forgot to add this
[link] in before... a friend on Facebook posted it today, and I watched it and immediately fell in love with the music and the amazing stunts performed by the troupe who make up Cirque du Soleil.

I've never gone to any of their shows yet, sadly, but I plan on doing so as soon as I find out how to obtain the funds and means of getting to one. Or two. Or more.
